I wish to be an active member of the Ricky Martin Foundation's group of volunteers. I understand that due to the nature of the volunteer work/activities held by the Foundation, which may involve physical activities and contact with other individuals, I may be exposed to personal or property damages. Taking this into consideration and if my qualifications meet those of the RMF, I assume complete responsibility for any personal damage to property that may occur while I participate as a volunteer. In addition, I release the RMF and its officers, employees, volunteers, partners, agents, sponsors, members of the board of directors and assigns from any responsibility for damages and lawsuits and any loss, or claim that I could have while rendering my service as a volunteer and after I complete the same.

I ASSUME TOTAL AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THAT MIGHT OCCUR WHILE I PARTICIPATE AS A VOLUNTEER. IN ADDITION, I RELEASE THE RICKY MARTIN FOUNDATION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SPONSORS, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR LAWSUITS AND ANY LOSS, OR CLAIM THAT I COULD HAVE WHILE RENDERING MY SERVICE AS A VOLUNTEER AND AFTER I COMPLETE THE SAME.

I hereby state that I will not divulgate confidential information that will compromise the Ricky Martin Foundation or Ricky Martin Enterprises. I will maintain confidentiality of everything stated as 'confidential,' as well as information related to internal affairs, project details, personal information or any other information that has not been authorized to be released by the Foundation or by the Ricky Martin Enterprises. I will not use confidential information to risk or damage the image and reputation of the Ricky Martin Foundation.
